TestYourSkills is an AI-powered skill assessment platform. Users upload work samples or submit answers across various skill categories. An AI model evaluates the submission and returns a scored assessment. Results are for self-improvement and entertainment purposes only — they do not constitute professional certification or qualification.
The Service is offered on the following plans:
All prices are in Euros and inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. One-time purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Payment is processed by Stripe.
The Unlimited subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable. If you have not used any credits, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund at acreatorstore@translatea.com.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:
Assessments are generated by AI models (Grok by xAI, OpenAI Whisper for audio). Results are indicative only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional advice, certification, or qualification of any kind. We disclaim all liability for decisions made based on assessment results.
You retain all rights to the content you upload. By submitting content you grant us a temporary licence to process it for assessment generation only. The Service, its design, code, and branding remain the intellectual property of the operator.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that assessments will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Subscribers will be notified of material changes by email.
